Returns and Exchange Policy for “Piro”

At Piro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day free returns and exchange policy for orders within India. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchange

1. Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.

2. The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

3. Personalized or customized jewellery pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at or 9179144791 within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any relevant details.

2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping

1. We offer free return shipping within India for eligible returns and exchanges. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to send the item back to us.

2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and tags. Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the package.

3. Drop off the package at the nearest designated courier service center or schedule a pickup, as instructed by our customer support team.

Inspection and Processing

1. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

2. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will process your return or exchange request.

Refunds and Exchanges

1. For returns, once the item passes inspection, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. For exchanges, we will ship the requested replacement item(s) after the returned item passes inspection.

Non-Eligible Items

Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above will not be accepted for return or exchange. In such cases, we will return the item to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
